NDLEA has moved to stop the payment of N25m compensation awarded to Baba Suwe. They argued that they are incapable of paying the judgement debt as N25m is half of the monthly budgetary resources it has to perform its statutory duties. Didn't they know this before abusing his fundamental rights? your thoughts please
