the depiction dubbed 'The Truth' portrays President Obama wearing a
crown of thorns, extending his arms and looking down as Jesus Christ does in
crucifix imagery. The painting is on display in Boston. Do christians find this art work provocative??

In the piece, by Michael D’Antuono, the President is shown wearing a suit and red tie with his arms outstretched.
But
instead of actually being nailed to a cross like Jesus, Mr Obama’s arms
are extended drawing back a blue curtain. He has a crown of thorns
resting on his head.

‘I
always regretted cancelling my exhibit in New York because I feel my
First Amendment rights should override someone’s hurt feelings,’ Mr
D’Antuono told Fox News.
