Olive Oil –
Did you know, that in ancient Greece, olive oil was one of the best-kept beauty secrets? The natural properties in this ingredient provided strong antioxidants, like Vitamins A and E that can aid in renewing damages due to the sun, pollution, smoke, and other harsh elements from the environment. Olive oil stimulates cell turnover, which in turn lends you a firmer more glowing complexion! To use, pour a dime-sized amount of olive oil onto your hands and massage deeply into the skin in a circular motion. Let the oil sit for about 3-5 minutes then place a steamy towel over the face. The steam will draw out any impurities in your pores. Let towel sit for about three minutes then remove, and wipe off any excess oil.
Baking Soda –
Baking soda works wonders not only as an exfoliator but also, because of the alkaline substance in the product, as a magnificent killer of the bacteria that causes acne. What you want to do is create a paste like substance. To do so, mix three parts baking soda to 1 part water. Wet your face and then apply to skin in a circular motion and massage for about one minute. Rinse off any excess with water. (You can also mix with the following ingredient, oatmeal, to make for a great facial scrub!)
Oatmeal –

Honey also stimulate collagen production and minimizes fine lines and wrinkles. We’re stocking up! You can create your own honey mask simply by massaging natural honey into the skin and allowing it to sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Steaming –

Sit tight (or stand, rather) for 10 minutes then you can stop and wipe the steam off your face.
