Jim Iyke will be Prosecuted.

An Abuja Court has okayed Nollywood actor, James Ikechukwu Esomugha, for prosecution over his alleged complicity in a NGN 15m share scam.

Jim has been accused of defrauding a music recording company, Untamed Records Ltd, by surreptitiously

transferring 15 per cent of its equity shares to his personal account.

Witnesses will be called 23 May.
