» Female Teachers Banned From Wearing Trousers in Kogi State
Kogi State government has banned female teachers in the public primary
and secondary schools from wearing trousers during school hours.
The
state Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Grace Elebiyo during a press
briefing on Wednesday warned that any female teacher caught violating
the order will face disciplinary action.
Elebiyo said this new
order came after some female teachers in the state were caught violating
their professional code of dressing.
