Sule Udi Ringim, the deputy speaker of the Jigawa State House of
Assembly is dead. He died in a car accident en route Ringim from Kano yesterday
evening. He has been buried in Ringim according to Islamic rites
this morning.
Sule Udi died with his driver in the car accident that occurred at Jogana Village along Kano-
Hadejia road during heavy down pour. He was 52. He is survived by two wives and many children.
Also yesterday, the Special Assistant to the Benue state governor on
security, Patrick Gwar died. He slumped at the government House in
Makurdi and died before help could reach him.
