Another block buster coming in from a Canadian based Nigerian , Daddy's Boy is one movie we all should expect as its trailer says it all.
The movie will be officially premiered online 14th February 2014.

I am from
Abraka in Delta state, though I was born and have lived most of my life in
Benin City, Edo State.
I graduated
from the Theatre arts department at the Delta State University in Abraka in
2006 and proceeded to Canada where I obtained a graduate certificate degree in
Documentary production at Algonquin College in 2011 and a Masters degree in
Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at Carleton University in 2013.
I recently
wrapped up filming on my first feature length project called Daddy's Boy. Daddy’s
boy tells the story of a family that is thrown into chaos when it discovers
long hidden truths about itself. It was shot in Canada (Ottawa, Gatineau and
Toronto).
It premiers

Daddy’s Boy is my first feature length project and what I have tried to do with it is to tell a relatively simple story in an intriguing way. I have always been fascinated with the family and all of its many dynamics. It rises as a unit in triumphant times but what happens when it is rocked to its foundations by duplicity from within? Onoriode (lead character) is plagued with this dilemma and his natural instinct to question why he has been hurt so badly by the ones he calls family only leads him to places he never knew existed. Daddy’s boy treats universal themes of family, love, and duplicity and in many ways seeks to find out how much strength a family can muster when it goes through trying times."
