Anna Wintour knew exactly what she was doing putting Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the cover of Vogue -- and it really paid off!
Not only are they the World's Most Talked About Couple, but they also have the most in-demand cover in the magazine's history.
We're told Vogue sold over 500,000 copies of their issue at newsstands and fulfilled orders to restock the shelves at many, something that almost never happens. Of course, Kim helped empty out a few locations herself!
And if you factor in subscriptions, that number more-than-doubles -- with over 1.2 MILLION issues out there total. Sorry, Sarah Michelle Gellar!
The numbers come on the heels of some other exciting Kim news: The reality TV star and her fiance will reportedly tie the knot as soon as this week in a small, intimate ceremony.
They'll follow it up with a huge celebrating in Paris next month.
And speaking of Paris, Kim was spotted heading on a plane earlier today at LAX -- think she was heading back to France to check in on that wedding dress? We can't wait to see it!
