A new study conducted by Harvard confirms a cor-relational link between increased cardiovascular health and lower heart attack risk in women who ate more berries.

Tip: Berries are one of the easiest things to incorporate in your diet. Just chunk in a few to your shake, have a few as a side, add a few to your oats.

Tip 2: Get them organic if you're anti-pesticides
in your food. Berries tend to have a relatively high amount of pesticide remains in them - check back at my post on top pesticide containing foods.
